On March 2, 2010, the Small Business Administration published a new (and improved) set of regulations for the implementation of the Women's federal procurement set-aside program.  Learn more about this here.  The U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce has been the key leader of the effort to end the 10 year delay in implementation of this program.
